No, you will not be liable for and land taxes or fees on the land plot purchase. Your only cost is the initial purchase price.
It should be possible to do this on things like bank accounts and credit cards, but it is often not possible to do this on government issued documents such as passports and driving licences.
However, we can't guarantee that other organisations will agree to any changes. We would recommend that you contact these organisations before your order is placed to discuss this point, if it is an important aspect of your land purchase.
Yes, each plot can be registered in a maximum of two names, making it an ideal gift to celebrate a wedding or anniversary. There is space on the plot certificate for names up to 25 characters, so any joint names should not exceed this number.
Ordering Your Plot
Yes, a discount is applied automatically when you order more than one plot at the same time. You simply add each plot to your order, giving the name, title and any special date required and your discount will be calculated automatically on your order total.
Yes. The plots are allocated in the order that purchases are made, so that any plots ordered at the same time, will have adjacent plot numbers and will be in the same section of land used for the plots.
If additional orders are placed at a later date, the adjacent plots to the initial order will have been allocated to another purchaser. If you are considering ordering more than one pot, we would recommend that the order is placed at the same time. This will ensure your plots are together, and you will also receive a discount on your multiple order.
We have reluctantly decided to end our sales to EU countries from our website, due to the new EU VAT regulations that come into effect on the 1st July 2021. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our EU customers, but the cost of complying with the new EU VAT regulations make it un-viable to continue website sales to EU countries.
For online purchases we only accept credit or debit card payments. The payments are processed by Stripe.com.
We ship orders worldwide to any country, and have many satisfied customers from the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia and Japan.
